This salad gives you a healthy boost of omega-3’s, along with that fresh and delicious taste you’ll need mid-way through your day.
Place the cooked bulgur wheat in the bowl/jar you plan to eat from. Add the smoked mackerel, radishes, watercress and dill.
Drizzle over the oil and season with freshly ground black pepper. Finish off with your dollop of yoghurt.
Eat straight away or have sealed, fresh and ready to hand when lunchtime arrives.
