Fillet steak and cauliflower mash is just so easy. You could substitute the fillet for a cheaper cut of steak, serve with the cauliflower mash and add in another green seasonal vegetable.
Cut the cauliflower into florets and cook in boiling water until tender, then mash.
Add the pepper and yoghurt before setting aside.
Heat a griddle pan, spray the steak with oil and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
Put the steak on the plate with the cauliflower mash and serve immediately.
