BLT Tortilla wraps are brilliant for lunch or breakfast. The addition of avocado slices is delicious.
Place bacon in a large, deep frying pan. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, and set aside.
Microwave the tortillas for a few seconds, just enough to soften them up and make them pliable without cracking.
Immediately spread each with guacamole, then top each with ¼ of the bacon, lettuce and tomato.
Fold sides of tortilla over, then roll up. Repeat with remaining ingredients . Cut each wrap in half before serving.
