Onsite massage is an extremely popular solution to relieving physical and mental tension held in the body, resulting in muscle relaxation and improved focus.

Arranging onsite massage couldn’t be simpler. Our qualified therapists require only a meeting room or quiet area and can even carry out massages at an employee’s desk. Massages can include the:

  • Scalp
  • Neck
  • Back
  • Shoulders
  • Wrists
  • Knees
  • Ankles

Treatments are carried out over clothes and without the use of oil. This minimises downtime with staff immediately returning to work following their massage.

Treatment slots are usually 15 minutes in duration, with each massage therapist providing 20 appointments per day, and all therapists are fully insured to practice onsite. To fit with the needs and requirements of your business, employees can access the zone via drop-in or by structured appointment.

Onsite massage relieves tension held in the body and raises energy levels in the workplace. It is suitable for almost all employees, subject to a simple initial health screening.
