Simply combine all of the ingredients for a quick, simple and delicious breakfast for the whole family. Or breakfast for you, made for the entire week ahead!
Cover the raisins with boiling water and set aside for 10 minutes
Combine your dry ingredients in a large saucepan – oats, cocoa powder and coconut flour before stirring to combine
Drain the raisins and add to the pan along with the hazelnut milk and vanilla extract before stirring to combine
Put the pan over a medium heat for approximately 5-8 minutes, stirring whilst the oats begin to thicken
Once the desired consistency has been reached, serve immediately
Serve with ½ tbsp desiccated coconut 10g assorted plain nuts
