The Healthy Employee dietitian-approved weight management clinic will provide your employees with down to earth advice, materials and information to enable them to lose weight sustainably.

Prior to partaking each employee will complete lifestyle and symptom questionnaires, along with a 3-day lifestyle diary and goals they wish to achieve throughout their time spent using the clinic.

Online Nutrition Programme

Our online programme provides nutritional support to your workforce at the touch of a button.

Our programme is mobile friendly as well as desktop, so employees can benefit from nutritional guidance on the go and improve their diet without disrupting their day-to-day lives. The course is completely flexible, with options to repeat weeks or go backwards and forwards to different parts of the programme.

Mini Nutrition Videos

Our nutrition videos are packed with practical information, helping your employees increase their knowledge and make simple food swaps to positively impact their health. The programme consists of five short videos, each approximately four minutes in length.

They include an introduction focused on a healthy diet, before providing specific information on the following areas: Breakfast, midday meal, main meal, snacks, hydration.

Food Tasting Table & Hydration Station

When your workforce consumes too much caffeine and processed sugar, it lowers their mood, energy, concentration and productivity. The impact of poor diet choices includes unhealthy weight gain, lack of focus and concentration and possible compromised safety in the workplace.

Our immersive food tasting table and hydration station zone lets your team sample a range of satisfying snacks and drinks to inspire sustainable improvements to their diet both at work and at home.
