Recipe Of The Week - Grapefruit Smoothie

A great and tasty smoothie to whack in the blender and will be ready in a matter of minutes. To save time in the morning, prep the ingredients the night before when you are putting together your evening meal.

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 3 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
  • 340ml cold water
  • 85g fresh spinach
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 ½ inch piece peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp flax seed

 

Method

  1. Blend grapefruit, water, spinach, ice cubes, ginger, and flax seeds in a blender until smooth and enjoy!
