The 6 weeks of Lent is a great opportunity to really kick-start your good intentions and practice self-control. From 14th February – 29th March, people across the globe will be instigating healthy habits and forgoing their favourite luxuries.

The time scale of 6 weeks is also just long enough to begin to embed to permanent healthy habits. We are not suggesting that you give up your favourite things forever, but having spent 6 weeks without them, perhaps you have learnt that chocolate can be savoured instead of devoured.
