Handy Portion Control
Counting calories is boring, time consuming and ultimately unnecessary. You have portion control measurements on the end of your arms – your hands! The size of your hands will fit the size of your body; so will give you a rough indication of the size of the portion your body requires.
We have given a number of examples of food items that you can measure easily using your hands, you will notice that all of them are real, whole foods, and if you stick to them as a guideline you will be well on your way to maintaining your weight with ease.
